After first applying, the next stage is an online assessment. This is a general cognitive test that we were informed 60% of people fail. Then you had to submit a recording of yourself answering a few questions. You had a bit of time to think of an answer beforehand. My final stage was a group assessment, which involved some individual questions, then working as a group to justify a chosen company who would be hired to train employees.
