ALDI Graduate Area Manager interview questions

Long arduous process- long periods of time between sections and no feedback following interviews. The interviews were challenging and in my group interview everyone was a lot older and more experienced than me.

It consisted of an application form and then a 3 hour interview which seemed excessive, especially considering they do not offer feedback. The group interview did offer a different dynamic to one on one interviews which was interesting to experience
