ALDI interview questions

I met the Director of something or other at a college career fair and got an interview with them the following day. They had a presentation that night about going over things about Aldi and making sure that we knew what we were getting ourselves into if we are offered the position. The next day was the 1:1 interview with him and he met me on time and was very professional throughout the interview. Nothing too spectacular about the interview, though I did felt like it went really well, but I got an email a few days later saying they were not going to pursue the interview process with me at that time.

They asked me about my resume and asked my biggest accomplishments and to rate my college experience on a scale from 1-10. They asked how I differentiated myself from other candidates and how would I describe to my family why I wanted to work for Aldi. He then asked me "role playing" questions about how I would react to a customer stealing, a worker who was late, and if someone came to the store with a coupon and the product had already sold out how would I deal with that. Not too bad of an interview.
