ALDI Manager interview questions

Was not too bad pretty basic interview ask questions that are common such as how do you deal with hardship etc. I did not however go to the next stage and among my peers who interviewed I also couldn’t find anyone else that had also gotten to the next step.

Got to pre-recorded video interview after several online stages. Online tests were a personality compatibility test plus the usual maths/problem solving tests. They're definitely interested primarily in thinning the number of applicants out to a manageable level.
