ALDI Manager interview questions

The interview process consists of 3 stages telephone screening then an online assessment then a face to face interview with the area manager, it is a relatively quick process and they let you know fairly soon after if you are successful.

The interview process was several months long, which was excessive. It was like they were putting me through loops just to drag out the time. One interview...wait 2 weeks....schedule another interview....wait a week....poor follow-up from the management.....i had to keep contacting them...
