I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Newcastle West)
Interview
Poor experience, the interviewer is very young and her inexperience shows, she also had toothpaste all over her blazer.
After the interview I would receive emails telling me I didn't receive the role, but then the next day they would call me into an interview. It was all very messy and chaotic.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Dudley, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Applied online, response after about two weeks inviting me to interview with the area manager at a store. Interview was fairly straightforward, standard q's. MCQ test at the end of interview.
No interview, young lady took my resume and asked why did I think I was physically qualified to do the job. I responded that I had went through DT corrections training at 50 (currently 54), and that I have spend the last two years doing shows and events over the Southeast, hauling, set up, selling, reloading product. She said they would be calling 2nd round on Thursday. Never heard from them. It was supposed to be an open house interview
