ALDI Shop Assistant interview questions

Interview was the second stage. First was cancelled but there was good reason, 2nd was arranged promptly. Interview in a room in the store with the regional manager. I thought it went well but I didn't get the job in the end

Got interviewed twice in two years. No offer. Wish it wasn’t such a long process for a job at aldi. Racism is there I feel like but it is okay. No diversity. I think interviewer saw me and already made up his mind
