ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Too long before you can even get an in-store interview. They also make you answer the same questions over and over again. It doesn’t seem like there’s any personal care.

A successful Store Assistant working there referred me, making the process much smoother. After the online application, I had an individual assessment ("job interview") with the area manager. He asked some questions (see below) while he ran through my online application and filled in what was required. Then he told me to make an appointment for the Aldi experience after I received the email about it and we'll see if I'm a match for the store manager too.
