Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Aldi
Name a time you have given or received excellent customer service and why it was excellent?
What transferable skills do you have from your previous role?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Crewe, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Had 5 stages of interview processes
1- online questionnaire
2- video interview
3- telephone interview
4- face to face interview
5- aldi experience
All the other processes apart from the 5th one were pleasant.
Manager took an instant disliking to me, and had a standoffish, arrogant attitude by telling me “we don’t do sick days, if you’re sick, I decide if you go home or not” the email was not clear on what to wear, and as she was showing me around the shop floor she suddenly asked me to drag a cage of heavy stock around, and stock shelves- Something that was not mentioned previously.
After all that, over a period of almost 2 months, no word from them.
