ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

They start you off with two initial assessment, one that most and least describes you in a working environment and the second assessment was to do with real scenarios you would face in Aldi as well as your basic maths. It was time consuming but I was congratulated and my personal details was taken along with my job history and education and why I wanted to work for Aldi and also recalling when you’ve worked in a team and how your team was successful.

Had to send my CV and cover letter. Received an invitation to complete an online interview. Recorded 4 questions with 30 second responses. Only had a minute to prepare the responses.
