I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Cork) in Nov 2017
Interview
Group interview, 7 candidates (few of them were for another store but they put us together)
We had to introduce ourselves briefly and we had to fill a short test (counting, multiplying...), easy.. Then we were separated in two groups and got a list of things and we had to imagine that we survived a plane crash so we had to select those things by priority (newspapers, alcohol, ligther, axe etc.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Short test of basic questions for example if the bill is 7.43 and the customer gives you 10, how much is the change

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2017
Interview
Very relaxed atmosphere, at the beginning the general manager greeted us all as this was a group assessment and explained that this interview won't be about our education or work history as this is not important for her. She than asked us to tell her something about us and why we would like to work for Aldi.
