The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ALDI (Yarraville) in Jan 2017
Interview
It was a group interview where they basically asked you to introduce yourself, then they ask questions about what you think makes the company different. If you are successful in this interview then you'll get asked to do a 1 on 1 interview. Also, I was interviewed in Melbourne
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Newcastle under Lyme, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
After the online application, I was invited for an interview, it was relaxed, I would advise to read up about the company, I have to do the school run, so was asked if 10.00-3.00 suited me, I said it was perfect, I was invited to the instore experience where you are worked hard for 2 hours, taking pallets out into the store and stacking the shelves, all the time was spent with the manager of the store, she was after someone who would be flexible and starting at 7.00 in the morning. I got a mail to say unsuccessful, but apply again in 12 months for same job, or anytime for a less paid job. I feel it was not able to be flexible as to why I didn't get it
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ALDI (Cork) in Nov 2016
Interview
First you do some online tests and answer a lot of questions online, which was quite a tedious process as I lost the information several times when I clicked to go to the next page...
This was followed up by an interview with the regional manager and after that an informal interview/conversation with the store manager.
