ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Group interview with area manager, first asked to fill out your details on a form. Then we were each given turns to answer questions. These were just general questions about yourself and why you want to work here.

My Group Assesment was an hour long at a local store. I arrived waited for about 10mins then a Manager came and took 3 of us to a room through a canteen (very unprofessionally done) we were presented with two tests one maths and one multiple choice about situations that were relevant to the role we applied for. Aldi really need to look at their recruitment process as it is so long winded and very immature. I had put a lot of effort into revising to tell them what I Know but didn't get the chance.
