ALDI Store Manager interview questions

It was difficult, I was interviewed by two girls who were in their early twenties. They asked the standard questions any YouTube video has highlighted for this position. Make sure you’re prepared and dress accordingly!

Applied online and fairly quick to organise my online assessment, passed my online assessment and then had to wait over a month for for a group assessment. Was told at the groups assessment that they were interviewing now for roles they intended to fill in 4 months time. Far too long to wait for a position to become available from the point of the group assessment. Felt as through the process was there to deter external candidates from applying for more senior roles in the business.
