ALDI Store Manager interview questions

You’ll start with 3rd party recruiting company, usually over the phone or on Zoom. Then you go through a series of in person interviews with 2 DMs and then the Regional manager. They will have you drive an hour away for each interview. My guess is to gauge how committed you are to obtaining the position.

It's all about a simple concept: do more with less. I couldn't grasp the company culture during the interview process. I felt that was just about thick the boxes that are helping that specific area manager to do his job.
