Overall process wasn’t great. Lots of automated emails with no one to really support through out. , started with online application and then went to sssesment day in regional office. Was a one on one interview, and I found the questions very generalised and informal. Overall wasn’t great

Interview
The interview will start with a group interview. Then if you are successful you will meet with an area manager and then if you are further successful you will meet with a district manager.

Interview
Online questionnaire which was extensive and detailed with different scenarios. A follow up video interview where you read a question, then you have between 30 seconds and a minute to answer the question. There were about 10 questions in total.
