ALDI Store Manager interview questions

I attended one of their hiring event. It ends up being the same person conducting the interview. And it takes them a week for the first interview to get back to you. I guess if they decide to move forward with you there is another interview the following week.

It was a very professional interview which came with a friendly welcome and good conversation. The environment was good and private, and the questions were not out of this world. Even though I was not offered a job on the spot I enjoyed it.
