Prior to the video with the hiring manager the internal recruiter sent the following questions I had to provide answers to: 1. At any point now or at any point in the future will you need visa transfer or sponsorship in order to work for AMD in the US? 2. What is your current situation? Why are you looking? 3. Are you in the interview process with anyone else (including other AMD managers)? If so, what stage of the process are you? 4. Have you ever worked for AMD (at any location), as an employee or contractor? If so, what was your role and approximate dates of employment? 5. Will you be able to start a new role within 2-3 weeks of accepting an offer? If not, how long? 6. This role can be located at our Austin, Santa Clara, Fort Collins, or Markham (Ontario) office. Do you live a commutable distance from one of those locations, or are you able to relocate yourself there? This role will be 100% remote until the team is back in the office (depending on COVID situation). You would not be required to relocated until we are back in the office. 7. What is your desired base salary? 8. Please list all availability for a 30-45 minute video interview (with the manager) for the next two weeks. What is the size of the budgets that you have managed (in terms of dollars)? What is your experience leading/managing others? What is your experience supporting teams that are global? What are the IT budgets you have supported/managed? What is your experience presenting to director to exec levels?
