AMD interview questions

This is a Coop/Intern position for the summer 2012. Got referred by my friend and submit the resume to the yield group. Have a phone interview next monday. I reviewed the semiconductor device fabrication and solid state device operation principal in the weekend. But the manager never asked these knowledge. It seemed they put more emphasis on the previous experience on the statistic analysis method and the software use such as C. And the manager let me to describe my thesis research topic and ask the experiment design principal.
