ASDA interview questions

The interview process was clear and well-structured. The interviewer created a comfortable environment that encouraged open discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed for detailed responses regarding skills, experience, and future goals. Feedback was professional and constructive, highlighting strengths while identifying areas for development.

Application involved SHL tests, followed by standard video interview questions. Half day assessment centre was a group task, interview, and individual presentation of case study. Staff were very friendly but had to chase for rejection after being told everyone would receive feedback regardless of outcome.
