Interview
Got an email to books a day for the Asda life assessment. It was a group interview and there were 6 people when I went to the interview. We sat in a room and were given clip boards. The first sheet was to provide information (name, availability etc) the next sheet was for the activity we would be doing on the shop floor. I was placed on the bakery section and had to clean up the aisle. While doing this we had other tasks to do and one of them was to talk to 2 workers and ask their name and ask what they like about working there and why. Then we went back to the room and had to wait to do a one to one conversation. Nothing like a normal interview I sat down and was asked why Asda and she asked about what I do and she asked if I had questions. Also asked what I liked about the day.

Interview
First part of the process is online. You have to do a 30(ish) minute long aptitude test, where basic questions are asked such as "which one of these products spoils faster".
If you pass the aptitude test they invite you in for a "asda magic" assessment, where you'll spend an evening with some other people who applied. This is done so they can see how friendly/sociable you are. From the group invite some are kept on as colleagues.
