ASDA interview questions

Introduce yourself in a group with other candidates. Take part in team building exercises. Do a shop floor task (e.g. evaluating promotional stands). Have a short informal interview with the section manager. Have a go for 30 minutes at the job that you've applied for.

First step of the group activity we were paired up and asked to get the name, furthest place they've travelled, a place you've both been in the world and what they like most about asda and present this to the whole group. After this we were given a budget of £2.5k to come up with a local summer event and given 6 activities with price tags on them but could only pick 4 for the budget. We had to present this as a group and come up with ways of advertising the event as well. Lastly we went out onto the shop floor together and walked around looking at summer deals and we were asked what could improve in the shop.
