I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Aberdeen, Schottland) in Apr 2018

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASDA (Cookstown, Northern Ireland) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was a large group interview with around 20 applicants. We first had to introduce ourselves and then in groups of 3/4 we had to come up with possible uses of a carrier bag and then act one of them out to the rest of the groups. The next stage was a 1:1 interview with two ASDA workers. They asked four questions; what skills and qualities did the group exercise show and then they described three situations and one had to say how they would respond to each. They also asked everyone if they knew or were related to someone who already worked in the store. We were told we would get a phonecall within a week of the interview to say if we got the job or not, and over two weeks later this still hasn't happened. The interview also takes longer than the estimated time of two hours, because only three or four people can have individual interviews at one time.

One of the situation questions was: you are working on a task with another colleague and they are doing the task differently from you, and you strongly believe your colleague is doing it wrong, what do you do?
