Interview
Asda Magic - first interview in 13 years I was very nervous. Group of 7 people, 4 assessors in supervisory roles within Store. Assessors introduced themselves. Was all very relaxed and quickly made me feel at ease.
Played people Bingo, ask others in the group if they had ever... did they like...etc. Then group task was - the manager gives you £10000 to improve the stores energy efficiency there is a list of items and prices you have to stay within budget. Then explain why you've chose and sell the benefits for the store. There didn't seem to be a right or wrong answer both groups picked the same items. One point to mention in this task is the importance of saving the customer money. After we were able to have tea/coffee and were called away individually for one to one interview. I was last and nerves built again. The interview was with two of the assessors. It was very relaxed as the group session had helped break the ice.

Applied and was invited for an interview, was told I'd get a reply from someone soon. Never got a response after that. Tried getting back to them however yet again no response and so the circle went round and round.
