Applied online then received a phone call inviting me to attend a "magic session" Asda speak for group interview. Given information about the company etc then split into 2 groups and asked to build a bridge out of straws and blue tac to access our team working skills. After this we were taken off individually for a one on one interview

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ASDA (Bishop Auckland, England) in Apr 2018

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Ipswich, England)
Interview
We were asked to tell the managers about our reason to apply to Asda, and then we were assigned get to know each others to find out about a few facts about other applications.
Next, we were put in a group of 3 and were asked to deliver a short presentation about the product that we picked.
The process was pretty easy, short and fun. I didn't really dress up to impress and answered all of the questions honestly rather than treating it like a formal interview. Some people can be harder to work with as they are too focused on making themselves looks good rather than working as a team.
Show them that you will work well with others, creative and have a positive personality to bring.
