I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ASDA (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Aug 2017
Interview
Group 'Asda magic' interview. Have to work in teams to complete tasks and had to go onto shop floor to identify P.O.S (point of sale) and fill out questionnaires. Then came in for a second interview when i got the job, which was one on one, and was your average interview questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (London, England) in Jul 2014
Interview
1-1 interview then assessment centre. Was quite relaxed and friendly environment. Some challenging questions and very focused on employee engagement so research the culture of Asda. All in all a positive experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at ASDA (Minworth, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
You have to attend this stupid group assessment where you're watched by four or five staff including management and older colleagues to see if you fit into the ASDA culture. Made to do silly things to show that you are good with people. A bit laughable and somewhat humiliating as we aren't monkeys.

Question 1
Asked what I'd bring with me if I was on a deserted island, and if I ever went snow skiing.
