ASDA interview questions

Online application Assessment centre called asda magic - this was an interview with standard interview questions type tell me about a time when.... questions were customer service related obviously. Tests first done online then I was invited to a group interview. A chap who had been at this ASDA for 20 years talked to us in a very unpleasant manner. Wanted everything to stay the same. We were given tasks to do in groups while he and another 4 young members of staff watched us. It was just about who they would like to work with. Very unpleasant. The young members of staff were bored by it all and showed it.
