I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Leeds, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
Invited to a magic session after an online assessment. Was really nervous having read some reviews but once I got in there i was fine. Relaxed and just a bit of fun really. A few forms to fill out then a few group activities. Phone call if successful or email with feedback if unsuccessful.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ASDA (Swanley, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was already a colleague in store so just had to have a quick meeting with the manager of this department to cover formalities. I was just called up into the office during one of my shifts on my previous department. Interview questions were from a sheet and I was asked if I had any questions about the role.

Interview
First there was an online application, standard questions to do with yourself and your experiences/skills. Next I was invited to ASDA magic which is a group assessment. It was quite a large group. It involved getting to know the person beside you and asking them 3 reasons why they applied for ASDA, then you had to stand up and introduce that person to the group and say their 3 reasons. Next was a group exercise which involved building a balloon tower. If successful in passing the group stage, the next step was an interview with a manager. I was asked questions about customer service and how I would deal with a customers issue with a product. I got offered a job and worked there for about a year.
