AT&T Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Had two rounds of behavioral interviews with the Store Manager and the Regional Manager. Standard questions. Managers do not need to take the online assessment required for sales personnel. Received an offer shortly after the second interview and negotiated the salary. The HR person was not so fond of the negotiations and tried to persuade me to take the offer as is, but as I was recruited from my job at the time, I needed this offer to be better that what I already had. They agreed to meet in the middle.

The initial interview was held over the phone, very fast and genetic questions. The second interview was scheduled during the first one, to be held in person the following week. The in person interview actually was very thorough as far as the employer learning more about my skills and talents. There was of course background checks and whatnot, but overall, very in depth process.
