Initial interviewing process began right on the website you are required to perform an online test to judge your ability to work in a call center environment. from there you will receive an email requesting that you arrive in office for further written testing judging your ability answer questions for which the answers can be found in technical reading. If you successfully pass the written test you are then allowed to schedule a face to face interview with a hiring manager.

I applied and the process took 3 weeks. I applied online and within a week I heard from a recruiter. I was scheduled an interview and was hired. I was sent an email to do my drug screen and background check. I received my results in 3 days. Received my new hire paperwork via email. Signed all of my documents and my start date was 1 later.

It's always tough to go through an interview but the process was smooth. The interview was back in Novermber 2009 when I first accepted the position with AT&T. The interview process that I went through was less complex as those that are currently coming for interviews to work with the company.
