AT&T Customer Assistant interview questions

I applied and the process took 3 weeks. I applied online and within a week I heard from a recruiter. I was scheduled an interview and was hired. I was sent an email to do my drug screen and background check. I received my results in 3 days. Received my new hire paperwork via email. Signed all of my documents and my start date was 1 later.

Applied on line and then received an email to schedule a drug screen, then a typing and aptitude test at a different facility. Got a second email after this process to schedule an over the phone interview.
