AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

the interview was solid and good. not too many weird questions and straight to the point. some role play scenarios to see how you react. nothing hard.would def encourage others to interview

Interview was easy, took about 45 minutes, may ask questions about working under pressure due to call volume. I had an issue trying to connect to zoom for the interview, interviewer understood , did not hold computer error against me
