I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
You complete an online questionnaire with basic resume data. You are STRONGLY encouraged to reference an AT&T employee if possible and list them as a referral. You will then take a 50 question personality test. (There are no wrong or right answers) If you pass you will be contacted by a member of managment who will schedule an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2012
Interview
3 interviews. One though Skype, one on one, group panel interview. Very easy process. Behavioral questions only. Walk me through your resume. Do you have any retail experience? Describe the last ethical decision you had to make? The interview process started Wednesday of that week. All the interviewees were flown down to Atlanta and then the two other interviews took place. We heard back that Monday about the decision.

Question 1
How would you deal with being the manager of someone older than you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Cerritos, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
After completing my online application, I received a call from the Cerritos HQ to meet the hiring manager for an interview. I went there 15 minutes early and had to wait about 30 minutes before the interviewer showed up. I was the only interviewee that day. It took about 30 minutes and we were just talking about how I see customer service is. The hiring manager was really impressed and told me that he would call me in a couple of days to do an interview with the store manager. As I was driving home, about 15 minutes after talking to the hiring manager, he called me again and asked if i could come back to speak with the store manager. I immediately went to the store which was just like 2 minutes away from the Corporate Office. The store manager was very pleasant and already introduced me to everyone at the store. She informed me that she will call me in about 3 days to let me know if I'm hired. As I was leaving the store, she then called me back and told me that their regional manager is on her way and wanted to speak to me, I waited another 30 minutes. When she came in, she basically scanned me from head to toe and asked me a lot of questions about my move here in the US. She also pointed out everything she found wrong about me like my hair, tattoos (she thought I had tattoos), smoking etc.
