Several questions regarding "what if" retail sales scenarios and a couple of retention questions. The retail sales scenarios involved irate customers, features and benefits of the phones, return policy. The retention questions involved: how long do you intend to stay if hired, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.

Filled out online application,yhe next morning had a email stating I was set up to do testing the next week to foward my name and the email back to them.went in tested passed and2 months later received a call to come back in for a facve 2 face interveiw thats were I stand atm.

Interview
The hiring process was pretty standard. You definitely want to be on point with the questions. A lot of the questions pertain to how you would handle certain situations. Also make sure that wireless is an industry that you want to work in. They will want to get an idea if this is a job you want to make a career out of or just something that you're doing to bide time until you find another one.
