Interview
HR called to ask general background questions and why was interested in the position. Then invited for an interview with management. All questions that were asked during the interview were behavioral about teamwork, any disagreements with a supervisor in previous positions, how the position fits overall career objectives, etc.

Interview
The hiring manger conducted the interview. we talked about the company and expectations. then I was asked 6 questions that was scored then we talked some more. He let me no that CSR was a selling job but people that called in would be current customer looking for a deal to resume service. The next day I was sent a e-mail to complete an background and drug screen. The interview went extremely well.

Interview
Contacted first by email with details about the position and if intrested call number to set up phone interview. I did two phone interviews that consisted of background and behavioral questions then was notified that my resume was sent to hiring manager for review. Got called to set up a 1:1 interview is was same type questions.
