Cordial, wanted to make sure you are detailed and asked about past experience. Computer skills and soft skills, getting along with others. Team player. How many calls in an hour. Resolution rates
The interview process started with a phone interview, video call and at the time I was hired in person interview with two Managers. With in a few weeks I was hired. The process was pretty fast.
Interview was very easy, I was showed around the call center and then sat in a room where the interviewer asked me questions from their computer. I got hired a few days following the interview. I interviewed to be a customer service rep for the retention/loyalty department.
