It was easy , supervisor was nice. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She told me about the company, and what type of calls I will be taking . And telling me how the customer are normally irate. She made the intervie short and nice . I was happy girly really glad o made it through the interview

Interview
First there was a phone screening call. Simple phone interview. If you passed this then you got another interview but this time in person. This interview would be at a store. Then if you pass this you get to interview again, in person, but this time with a different person either at a different store or same store but different person. This went on a few times until I got a response from them.

Interview
The whole process took about month and a half to start working.
After applying I got call from HR for a phone interview. They let you know the next day if they are going to proceed with the hiring process or not.
After that they call you for face to face interview with the manager.
After that they take about 3-4 days to let you know if you got hired or not.
If you get hired you have to go through background check which took the most time ( about a week)
Take drug test and if everything goes good you get called in for 2 week training.
