I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2011
Interview
I applied online. I received a phone call about a week after that for a telephone interview. After the telephone interview I received another phone calling to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I spoke to a HR professional and my Area Sales Manager. Both were pretty easy interviews. Then after about another week later I was offered the job. I had to submit to an extensive background check. They verified everything and if they couldn't get a hold of a previous employer I had to provide W2s.

Question 1
They wanted to know how I responded to a situation with irate customers in the past.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2012
Interview
Group job preview. After the group preview applicants are then interviewed individually. The interviews are slightly subjective because not all of the applicants are interviewed by the same manager. After that interview, your interview questionnaire that the manager was working off of will be submitted to the Sr. Staffing manager along with any supporting documentation (bring a current resume and something in addition, if not part of the resume, that highlights your wiring experience). After that you will be contacted by the staffing manager to go over your application/resume (basically the final interview, they have all of your information in front of them, but want to hear it from you) and make a make a determination on starting pay.
