AT&T Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Relaxed and straight to the point. The environment was calm and friendly. All the staff greeted me with smiles and common courtesy. The interview process went well with no distractions.

Interview process was simple and to the point. Questions asked revolved around customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. Virtual system used was extremely intuitive and required video responses to get an idea of what the candidate is like. This interview was probably one of the most relaxed interviews I have ever had.
