AT&T Sakes Associate interview questions

First step phone interview, where HR as questions to see if you are fit for the job. The second step was a face to face with the store manager. The last interview was a panel with some peers and manager to see if you will be a good fit

Standard interview process. Applied online, filled out an online assessment, recorded a video interview that I submitted online. I received an email saying I would get an in-person interview at one of the stores in my area. About two weeks later, I got a call to set up the interview. When I arrived at the interview, I was asked to sit in the waiting area for the manager. The manager came out, and seemed polite, but things quickly got weird. We started our interview on the sales floor so I could observe the other associates. I have sales experience, but clearly he did not review my profile because he was talking to me as if I would need to learn how to be a salesperson. To be honest it was kind of off-putting, but I overlooked it. Then he asked me if I'm married. I thought this was an odd question, but I replied anyway, no, I'm not. Later we went to his office to finish the interview in a more formal setting. I mentioned my boyfriend just so we were clear that I was in a relationship because he was behaving very creepily. At some point he mentions he's married, but when he travels to other cities, women are constantly hitting on him and since he's a man he can't resist. I'm shocked that he's saying this to me in an interview--or at all. I just sit quietly because I honestly don't know what to say. The interview moves forward, and he discusses benefits, scheduling, etc. Then he asks me if I'm a faithful girlfriend to my boyfriend. I don't understand how this has anything to do with the position at this company. He tells me he has to ask because they allow dating within the workplace so long as you're not dating your superior. I can't remember a single normal interview question that was asked of me. I still don't understand why I'm being asked about my own fidelity. The interview was finally over, and I must say I will likely be filing a complaint with the EEOC. I've never felt more uncomfortable in my life, and as much as I wanted to accept a position here, I will be turning down any job offers made to me.
