I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Santa Ana, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Great interview. I was able to ask them questions as well. The interviewer was easy to speak with. She was honest about hours, pay etc. I would work for this company but the time frame they were hiring was not right.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Riverside, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very easy going, the manager was very well to get along with, and once hired grew a great relationship with the team. The questions weren't like an average interview where you had simple questions like why do you want to work here but more so made you on your feet

Question 1
What makes you stand out from everyone else thats applying
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (North Mankato, MN)
Interview
The hiring and interview processes are quite long! Once you complete the application if they choose to move forward there is a pre recorded interview required. In my situation I had called previously and asked if they were hiring. The manager had said they would be and took my information. The first step is a phone interview which is pretty basic, more behavior based questions then anything. “ Tell me about a time when..” If they want to move forward you’re offered an in person interview. In my situation I ended up skipping that step all together and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later with a job offer.
