I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Houston, TX) in Jun 2011
Interview
The hiring process took awhile. It took probably 3-4 months after the interview to get me to training. The interview typically happens in steps with the initial interview and then a on the job preview at the time I was hired 4 years ago. I skipped the on the job and was offered the job at the initial interview. It was simple, and I was asked the basic questions with a focus on customer service.
