I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (New York, NY) in Jul 2012
Interview
I met with the Hiring Manager and the Area Manager. They were both very nice and interested in what I wanted to do with the company. I was able to meet my manager and tour the store the same day. The interview process went on for about an hour, just discussing the environment and what AT&T was looking for.

Question 1
All of the questions were pretty standard questions. The most difficult question was to describe a situation in which I was able to "appease" an upset customer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2012
Interview
It took a long time, but it was worth it. I was interviewed in March and did not get hired until about May. Had both the district manager and the store manager in the meeting at the same time. That's contrary to how it usually happens because most ppl have more than one interview. I only had the one.

Interview
There was a two part interview. I met with the hiring manager first and before I left she set up an interview with the store manager. The interview went smooth and I felt confident however the interview was done in Feb and I have not heard anything back, it is now the end of march. The website still says waiting HR review (that was last updated Feb 4).
