Interview
Phone screening - Basic questions about major, GPA, where you live, how far from the location, what are your basic skills
Interview with manager - Basic questions about IP, WAN/LAN, networks, describe the internet, just know basic IT terms and networking terms. Mostly behavioral and how good your communication skills are.
The manager that interviewed was very laid back and told me about the work environment and all the additional certifications I can gain through training.

Interview
Since all applicants are college students, the interviewer determined your ability based off of how personable you were rather then work experience. As long as you could communicate your skills and personality well you can do fine in the interviewing process

Started with a call and phone interview, then was brought in for an in person face to face interview, then after a series of difficult questions and about 2 weeks i finally got a call back with the results of the job
