AT&T Universal Agent interview questions

Phone screening - Basic questions about major, GPA, where you live, how far from the location, what are your basic skills Interview with manager - Basic questions about IP, WAN/LAN, networks, describe the internet, just know basic IT terms and networking terms. Mostly behavioral and how good your communication skills are. The manager that interviewed was very laid back and told me about the work environment and all the additional certifications I can gain through training.
