I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AT&T in Jun 2014
Interview
I was interviewed by 3 managers at the same time. The questions would rotate amongst the three different managers and as long as you sound positive, emphasize that you work well with customers and work well in a team environment, you should be fine. It's a pretty high turnover job but that's because it's a college co-op so naturally people are in and out. The process itself took no longer than half a month. If you are looking for some money to make during college, this is the place to go.
The job itself, it really depends on the individual. It's definitely not for everyone. I only stayed there for 3 months. Although the pay was great, but personally I didn't like the work itself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Piscataway, NJ) in Jun 2013

Easy, you are asked to come in. One interview. The manager will ask you a few questions, and unless you say something really stupid, you should get the job.
