AbbVie Associate Director interview questions

Met with recruiter over the phone do do the initial phone screen. I was then scheduled to have a meeting then hiring manager over a virtual interview to talk experience and other things.

I interviewed with the recruiter and then had a panel interview. Recruiter said she would contact me with next steps within a few days of panel interview. Never heard from her again. I sent two follow up emails and no response - Ghosted. Not a positive a candidate experience. If someone is not a viable candidate, please show them respect and just let them know. Don’t leave them hanging and don’t ignore their emails. Very unprofessional!
