AbbVie Associate Director interview questions

Recruiter emailed to schedule an interview, asking for times of availability. I provided them, and I never heard back. That was over a month ago. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

The interview included HR discussion, inyerview with hiring manager [2 times], and 3 interviews with team members and stakeholders Overall the interview was positive but they ended up hiring an internal candidate. I feel based on my previous 3 experiences Abbvie just interviews external candidates as filler, they always hire/promote from within which is ok but it leaves external candidates guessing. This is not a good impression you want to make.
