Interview
There were 2 rounds of interview followed by an aptitude test.The interview was at an average level, major concentration was on basics of C language. I was asked to write codes for simple programs encountered in C. Puzzels were also asked. Concepts related to project and the subjects we were taught in graduation were also focussed on.

Interview
1. Phone interview - this really is a piece of cake, its mainly to weed out the completely incompetent
2. Online puzzle test - not too difficult puzzles and logic questions. If you fail and they really need people, they won't care.
3. In person soft skills interview - usually with a manager that doesn't really care. As long as you can answer the questions, you will be fine.
4. In person hard skills interview - varies based on who is interviewing you, but expect some simple java/ OOP questions. If you can't answer, talk through the problem and admit that you would google stuff.

I applied through college .First round was aptitude test .There were 3 section namely quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal . second round was just non technical interview .It was 2 day process.
