1. MCQ Test(Consist of three Parts Aptitude, English, Programming Skills)
2. Next Part was Technical + Hr Interview Combined in which they will give you some random topic and you to speak about that topic for at least 1 minute

For 1st Part (if you attend more than 50% correct then you will be definately selected)
1.1 Basic Aptitude (R.S Aggarwal is more than enough for Preparation)
1.2 Easy English Based MCQs
1.3 Basic Programming Question (C , DBMS, Networking, Java)
For 2nd Part they were only checking Communication Skills

Interview
Very easy interview process, just basic object oriented programming like inheritance, abstraction, encapsulations and etc. The interviewers are not bothered about your hidden skills and they do not disclose anything about salary, however, it is pretty standard. No tough questions and be confident. do practice basic oop concepts and features of your strong language skill.

Interview
The interview process was pretty fast. I first received a follow up email, then received a phone call interview which was general spoke about the company and what I am looking for, then received a skype interview which included behavioral and technical questions. and about a week or so later I received another phone call being offered the job.
