I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture in Apr 2014
Interview
two rounds one on campus and other at their location. mostly its behavioral and then followed by a round with their clients, majorly it was kind of stressful interview then followed by series of technical tests and group discussions
Accenture came to our college. there were only two round, first round consist of aptitude, quantitative and question based on English. First round were fairly easy and you don't need to prepare at all. Second round were Technical interview. They mainly focus on your communication skills.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Jan 2011
Interview
two interviews, one HR and one Technical. Both were easy. once selected, You have induction in five star hotel after interview where they provide food and drinks and make you play some non-sense games. After the on-boarding is done, people are assigned to different technologies randomly irrespective of their area of interest. Luckily I got into development but most of my friends were forced in testing and mainframe of which they had no idea and interest.
After the very basic, zero learning training they will assign you to project at random locations according to their requirement and not based on your location preference. You can say no to at most 3 projects if you have any problem joining that project.
